A scenic coastal drive from the A30. We are roughly 4.5–5 hours from London, 3 hours from Bristol, and 2 hours from Exeter.

ModpackMayhem was built around its setting, not against it. Whitewashed stone and Cornish slate, low roofs that follow the contour of the cliff, windows that open to the sea. The casino sits above the bay, the spa looks inland to the garden, and every room listens to the tide.
We are a single, walkable resort — casino, dining, spa and rooms under one roof — so you never have to leave the cliff if you do not want to. But the coast path runs past our gate, and we will happily point you to the coves, the villages and the headlands that make this stretch of Cornwall the place we love.
